HowTo: Copy and Back Up PuTTY Sessions and Settings

Open CMD as Administrator: 

Export PuTTY Settings and Sessions:

regedit /e "%USERPROFILE%\putty.reg" HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimonTatham

Export PuTTY Sessions only:

regedit /e "%USERPROFILE%\putty-sessions.reg" HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimonTatham\PuTTY\Sessions
